1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hestaurant Business (“Platform”), you agree to fully comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Platform. These terms govern your use of the services, features, software, interfaces, and content provided.

2. Account Registration

  • To use the Platform, you must create a valid business account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

  • Creating fake accounts or using another person’s account without authorization is prohibited.

3. Platform Use

  • The Platform offers restaurant management tools, including financial dashboards, table and order management, chat communication, reports, and payment system integration.

  • You agree to use the Platform solely for legal purposes and within the scope of restaurant business management.

  • Prohibited activities include:

    • Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful software.

    • Interfering with Platform operation or attempting to access other users’ data without permission.

    • Using the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or infringing activities.

4. Payments and Transactions

  • All financial transactions conducted through the Platform must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Hestaurant is not responsible for failures or delays in transactions conducted via third parties (banks, payment processors, gateways).

  • Users must verify all payment information before confirming any transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, and images, is the property of Hestaurant or its licensors.

  • No content may be copied, distributed, modified, transmitted, or used without express permission.

6. Privacy and Data

  • Use of the Platform implies agreement with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which describe how user data is collected, used, and protected.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties.

  • Hestaurant is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profits resulting from Platform use.

8. Changes and Updates

  • Hestaurant may update these Terms at any time.

  • Significant changes will be communicated via email or Platform notifications. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

  • Hestaurant may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms, illegal conduct, or operational reasons.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Brazilian law.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the court of Palmas, Tocantins, Brazil.
